This private dwelling was shortlisted for the 2024 British Home Awards for ‘Regeneration Scheme of the Year’. Located in Baths Artisan Quarter the Grade II listed contemporary mews house floats above a fully glazed private courtyard.

The structural scope required careful design to provide a floating support to the building. 3D modelling and careful coordination with the Architect resulted in the Architectural intent being met.
