Oast Farm

The development at Oast Farm, Lydens Lane, represents a sophisticated blend of heritage restoration and modern sustainable engineering. Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) near Hever, the project transforms a derelict agricultural site into a high-end residential farmstead.

Architectural Vision: The “Modern Farmstead”

The design focuses on a “barn-style” aesthetic that respects the Metropolitan Green Belt. The new development consists of 13 dwellings arranged in a traditional central courtyard layout with close proximity to an existing pond and real connection to the surrounding rural landscape. The design is ongoing. We look forward to seeing this on site soon.
