Seddon Road

Formerly a single detached bungalow, this site was redeveloped into a pair of high-quality semi-detached family homes in collaboration with AURA Architecture. The design maximises the site’s potential while remaining sensitive to the existing streetscape.

The street elevation adopts a traditional character, using muted brickwork, off-white render, and sash windows to blend with neighbouring properties. In contrast, the rear elevation introduces a contemporary expression, with large-format glazing and full-height balcony doors to maximise daylight and garden views.
