The Old Police Station

This development saw the former Chipping Norton Police Station converted to a multi-property residential development. The conversion required detailed understanding of the existing historic structure to allow for suitable modifications to be made. 

The structural work consisted of integrating new floors, modifying the original vaults to create open plan living and carrying out sensitive repairs to retain and enhance the character of the building. Careful temporary works and sequencing was also required to enable modification of the vaults and original timber vaulted roof over the grand hall.
